Another entrant in out Class 1 (0-600cc) Club category is Rich Cooper. Having only started riding 4-years ago Rich took part in his first track day a year later and was hooked from that moment on. Soon after he took that he knew his passion for riding was on the track, so the transformation on his road bike began. Since that point he’s mostly been doing local trackdays at Cadwell Park, Mallory Park and Donington Park, but has also done two trips Portimao.

Although having had an off at Cadwell Park after not quite sticking the landing over the mountain, Rich hasn’t been discouraged and is very much looking forward to the event saying “I’ve never done any competitive stuff before so Moto Time Attack will be my first proper event and I’m using it as a gauge to see if I’ve got the pace to go racing in the future. I think it’s the perfect way to start as there won’t be any bar bashing haha”

As an intermediate rider, Rich says he’s his own sponsor, but also says that he’s had plenty of support from his family and friends.

If you’re a competent rider on a 600cc or less (note regs for variations) bike, know your way around a track and want to race again rich, head to our ENTRY PAGE and follow the links.
